E-glass fiber multi-axial cloth is made of E-glass fiber directly roving 0°, 90°, +45°, -45° parallel arrangement, with or without a layer of chopped strand mat stitched. Each layer is typically oriented in one of four directions; standard configurations from multi-directional fabric suppliers include bi-directional (0°, 90°), bi-directional (+45°, -45°), tri-directional (0°, +45°) °, -45°), three-axis latitude (90°, +45°, -45°) and four-axis (0°, 90°, +45°, -45°,). One layer or several layers of rovings are parallelly placed. The layers of rovings can be stacked in different directions with different desities. The they are stitched by terylene thread. Such fabric with mesh structure is Multi-axial fabric which is briefly called MWK. It’s compatible with UP, Vinyl ester and Epoxy etc.There are many specifications of Fiberglass multi-axial stitched fabric, and there is currently no unified standard, which is mainly based on customer needs.
