The product is E glass fiberglass filament winding roving. The surface of the roving is coated with a silane sizing agent. Compatible with unsaturated resin, epoxy resin, vinyl resin system. Can be used in amine or anhydride curing systems and in roll-to-roll processes for internal or external fading. Winding process: In the filament winding process, continuous strands of resin-impregnated glass fiber are wound under uniform tension in a precise geometric pattern on a mandrel to build a part and then cured to form the finished part. Glass fiber filament winding roving is mainly used to manufacture chemical storage tanks, reinforced thermoplastic pipes, high-pressure winding process to produce small-diameter sucker rods, winding high-pressure pipelines, pressure vessels, high-pressure gas cylinders, etc. Ultra-high voltage composite insulators such as pultruded profiles, rods, boats, high-voltage glass steel pipes, hollow insulating sleeves, and insulating tie rods are widely used in power systems such as power generation, transmission and distribution.

Each roll of glass fiber roving is about 23KG, 36/48 rolls per pallet, 36 rolls with 3 layers, 48 rolls with 4 layers. A 20ft container can hold about 20 tons.Under normal circumstances, fiberglass products should be stored in a dry, cool and moisture-proof environment. The best temperature and humidity in the environment should be kept at -10℃~35℃ and ≤80% respectively. For safety and to avoid product damage, pallets should not be stacked more than three layers high. When overlapping pallets, special care should be taken to move the upper pallets correctly and smoothly to prevent product from collapsing and causing losses.
